The best manager I could find is some guy from LA with a rep of 24. Anyone know of better managers out there?

Each game is random, but the best possible manager reputation is 25.

My band is represented by a Phoenix agency with a 25.
I find some humor in the fact that they've only been to Phoenix twice, but are considered a Phoenix band even though they still reside and work out of San Antonio.
